Slack

1. 加入 slack workspace
2. 加入或创建接受消息的 channel
3. channel 设置 -> add apps, 搜索 'incoming-webhook' 并添加
4. 点击 incoming webhook 选项页中的 settings, 跳转设置页
5. 选择接收 channel, 复制 url, 配置 app 名称

Gitlab

1. 进入项目 settings -> integrations, 选择 'slack notifications'
2. 粘贴 url, 按需要修改选项
3. 创建, 测试
